How to Change the Speaker Configuration from Bi‑Amp to Tri‑Amp on the AE and PD Series

Overview:

The AM7315/xx and PD6322/xx loudspeakers are configurable for Bi‑Amp or Tri‑Amp operation.  The steps below describe how to change the crossover mode from Bi‑Amp to Tri‑Amp.


Instructions:

  1. Remove the six screws securing the input plate and carefully flip it over.

Note: The Jumper position in the input plate can be viewed from the outside.

 
  1. Disconnect the 8-wire jumper from the "Bi-Amp" terminal.

  1. Reconnect the 8-wire jumper into the "Tri-Amp" terminal.

  1. Resecure the input plate using the original screws.
